Customer Services English Workshop - Employment Services

Participants will have 20 hours of practical Customer Service English instruction, covering topics such as Exceptional Customer Service, Telephone Skills, Dealing with Difficult Customers, and so on. Activities will be in the following forms: video responses, debates, discussions, written assignments, team tasks, and so on.
Clients will work to gain practical knowledge and skills that can be taken into any job that requires customer care.
