DESCRIPTION:Before SK winter comes, RODS-WCN-Youth Program is inviting newcomer youth(13-24) to a return field trip from downtown to Fort Qu’Appelle Powwow Event on Saturday, Sept.17th.\n\nPowwow is a celebration of Indigenous song and dance.
