- When: Thursdays, April 17 – June 5
- Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Location: In-person at RODS
- Address: 2314 11th Ave, Regina
- Number of Sessions: 8 (including graduation)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 15 years and older
- Language Level: CLB 4 and above
- Status: Permanent Resident
- Commitment: Attend at least 5 sessions and attempt 3 speeches
