Cultural Awareness Training
Cultural Awareness Training provides training about immigration statistics and terminology, the newcomer experience, and tools for working with newcomers. In this training, you will learn how to assist newcomers in their settlement and integration while looking at topics such as culture, culture shock, bridging cultural barriers, and effective communication techniques.
This training is FREE and open to the general public.
