First Aid & CPR
Employment Readiness Workshops are designed to meet the employment readiness needs of newcomers.
Preparation classes July 19-29 from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm (ONLINE)
Practical component August 2 from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (IN-PERSON)
This course offers preparation and certification in First Aid & CPR for the home or workplace. Learn the language and skills required to deliver basic first aid and emergency CPR.
Eligibility criteria:
- 16 years old
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- CLB 5 & above
- Has been in Canada for less than five years, but an exception may apply to those who have been here for more than five years.
