Food Safe Level 1

This course runs ONLINE from July 11-15th, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm followed by a certification test July 18th, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Food Safe Level 1 is a food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for frontline food service workers. You will learn important information about foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Newcomer to Canada within the last 5 years
  • 16 years of age or older
  • Assessed at English CBL 4+
