The Regina Open Door Society is located in the City of Regina on Treaty 4 land, which is recognized as the traditional territory of the nêhiyawak/Cree, Nahkawē/Saulteaux, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
English for Employment Program (E4E)
English for Employment (E4E) offers six sessions per year, each focused on a different employment sector:
February 2 – March 6, 2026
During this 4.5 week in-class training, participants will develop industry-specific English skills, learn about the Saskatchewan work environment, and connect to the labour market in Regina through a job shadowing experience.

This program is ideal for newcomers seeking employment in a specific field. E4E participants will:
- Develop industry-specific English skills,
- Learn about the Saskatchewan work environment, and
- Connect to the labour market with real-life learning opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Assessed at a CLB 4 or higher
- Newcomer to Canada within the last five years
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in Saskatchewan, including work permit holders
