Our work placements programs provide a unique opportunity for employers to fulfill their talent needs efficiently. Over 40 employers have taken advantage of our work placement programs to hire experienced professionals. Aditonally, our post-work placement retention rate is more than 62% which reflects the ability of our candidates to adapt quickly and reach full performance within a short time.

- Paid Work Placements
- Clients go through eight weeks of in-class training
- Six weeks of subsidized work placement
- Unpaid Work Placements
- Clients go through eight weeks of in-class training
- Eight weeks of volunteer work placement
- RODS will provide five-million-dollar insurance to cover the work placement

Career Link (Job Fair)
Regina Open Door Society has been hosting the Career Link Job Fair every year since 2016. Annually, this job fair brings in at least 1000 newcomer job seekers to connect with over 40 potential employers on a single day. By participating in this event, employers can:

Tech Skills Showcase
Our Tech Skills Showcase is a talent gold mine for employers in the IT industry. There is more than resumes and cover letters for the employers. This event provides an opportunity to employers to explore the potential of newcomer IT professionals by providing them with tech-related challenges. Participants work in different teams to solve the challenges within a given time frame. In addition to providing challenges, employers can send their staff to mentor the teams and judge the event. Wait, there is more to this event! You can join the last day of the event to interact with the teams and potential job seekers. Information/Networking Sessions
Connect with potential job seekers by hosting an information session or occupation-specific networking event. You can raise awareness about your employment brand by sharing information about your organization, hiring process, work culture and open vacancies. Feby has great knowledge of child development and assists the children at the developmentally appropriate level. Feby thrives in the Montessori environment!
