The Regina Open Door Society is located in the City of Regina on Treaty 4 land, which is recognized as the traditional territory of the nêhiyawak/Cree, Nahkawē/Saulteaux, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
We offer in-person and online group orientation sessions for newcomers to provide information about life in Canada, services offered by governmental and non-governmental agencies, and the effective tools that help refugees and newcomers to engage in their new community.

Citizenship 101 Course
Regina Open Door Society Citizenship 101 help newcomers to increase their knowledge of the Canadian Citizenship.
The modules are mostly taken from the Discover Canada guidebook, offered four times a year over ten Saturdays for around one and a half hours. To enhance their knowledge, all participants will have access to presentations, extra materials, resources, and interactive exercises!
