OSN Walk-in clients are newcomers who need help right away. They come from all backgrounds and are at different stages of settling in Canada. Many face language barriers and find Canadian systems confusing. Some have urgent needs that can’t wait for an appointment – like job deadlines or school registration.Settlement isn’t a straight path. Even people who have lived in Canada for years sometimes need quick help with new challenges. Walk-in services provide immediate support to help newcomers navigate life in Canada and build successful futures in their new community.
