Translation And Interpretation Program (TIP)
What Is The Translation And Interpretation Program (TIP)?
The Translation and Interpretation Program (TIP) acquires registered approved volunteer interpreters, to provide services to limited English proficiency clients of Regina Open Door Society (RODS) and other community agencies. TIP volunteers may enable clients to connect and access settlement-related services (i.e. Life Skills, Child Care Employment Services, Financial Services, Health Care Services, School Programs, Community Connections, etc.)
Interpretation (Verbal) – Available
TIP from RODS provides volunteer interpreter (verbal) referrals to communities in Regina Saskatchewan and area. TIP refers interpreters to community users, in accordance to agreements and information provided in the TIP Interpretation Request Form.
Translation (Written) – Discontinued
As of June 2016, TIP no longer offers translation (written) services. For a list of translation and/or notarization agencies, please click here.
